Treated Pine taken to the eXtreme

About eXtreme Timber®

EXtreme Timber is the range that’s taken Australia by storm—elevating the treated pine we all know and trust to a whole new level. Designed for strength, durability, and performance, eXtreme Timber pushes the limits of what treated pine can do, offering advanced solutions for today’s demanding building environments. Available as eXtreme Post, eXtreme Joist, and eXtreme Beam, each product in the range is purpose-built to go further—redefining what’s possible in structural timber by pushing the boundaries of both design and durability. It’s timber, taken to the extreme.

eXtreme Joist

Designed specifically for low-clearance applications, eXtreme Joist is Australia’s first GL8 structural timber bearer and joist system treated to H4 for full on-ground contact. It’s a smarter, stronger choice for building ultra-low decks where traditional framing just doesn’t fit.

eXtreme Post

eXtreme Post is engineered to outperform in even the harshest outdoor conditions. Manufactured using the best in exterior glulam technology, these structural posts are built for strength, stability, and long-term performance. Available in both DAR unprimed and primed finishes, eXtreme Post is treated to H4 for in-ground use, with Victoria supplied to H5 for added protection in high-risk environments. It’s the ultimate choice for builders who demand reliability without compromise.

eXtreme Beam

eXtreme Beam is built for pure performance—GL8 engineered and H3 treated for durability in above-ground, external applications. With a rougher headed finish, these beams are designed for strength over appearance, making them ideal for non-visible structural uses where reliability is key. Whether you’re building decks, pergolas, or other outdoor structures, eXtreme Beam delivers the toughness you need when function matters more than form.
